Upon the officer's anniversary date, all officers below the rank of Commander shall automatically advance to the next higher level on their Class Grade. Any officer of the rank Commander and above who has not advanced in level shall nevertheless always receive the same percentage increase, if any, negotiated as a cost of living increase in the levels for this Class Grade. Officers who are promoted to Sergeant and above will be given the entry pay for the rank in which they are promoted or the next higher level which will assure an increase of at least 5% in pay. Placement to a detective position shall result in one advancement in level and reset the employee's anniversary date.

Shift Differential: Effective 9/1/2023
Officers, regardless of rank, who work between the hours of 1800 hours to 0600 hours Monday through Thursday, and 1500 hours Friday to 0600 hours Monday, shall receive premium pay of 6% of their base salary.
Field Training Officers
Field Training Officers, who shall be appointed by or approved by the Chief, shall receive an additional 7% of their salary added to their regular class grade and level pay during the period they serve.
Motorcycle Hazard Pay
Motorcycle hazard pay shall be $125.00 bi-weekly ($3,250.00 per year).
Special Operations Group Pay: Effective 9/1/2023
All qualified Officers, regardless of rank, assigned to the Special Operations Group ("SOG") shall receive $50.00 per month pay during each month of active assignment to a SOG Unit.
